Who we are
Biz Corp Solutions is a financial and real estate advisory firm based in Badlapur East, Thane district, Maharashtra. We help builders, businesses and individuals arrange construction finance, project funding, working capital and retail loans such as home loans, loans against property and lease rental discounting. We do this by understanding your requirement, identifying suitable lenders, helping prepare your loan file and following it up with banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions.
Who we are not
- We are not a lender. We do not lend money, accept deposits or disburse loans.
- We are not a bank or an NBFC, and we are not regulated by the Reserve Bank of India as a lender.
- We do not decide your loan. We cannot sanction, reject or change the terms of a loan on a lender's behalf.
The lender decides
Every loan is subject to the lender's own credit assessment, policies, documentation, valuation and legal checks. The lender alone decides whether to sanction a loan, the amount, the interest rate, fees, security, tenure and all other terms, and when to disburse. Lenders can change their policies and rates at any time.
We will tell you honestly what we think your chances are, but we do not and cannot guarantee that any loan will be approved, or that it will be approved for a particular amount, at a particular rate or by a particular date. Please be cautious of anyone who promises guaranteed approval.
Before you sign, read the lender's sanction letter, loan agreement and key fact statement carefully. Those documents, not anything on this website, set out the terms of your loan.
How we are paid
Depending on the engagement, we may receive a fee from our client and/or a commission or payout from the lender. Ask us how we are paid on your matter and we will tell you.
Information on this website is general
Articles, guides, service descriptions and other content on this website are general information. They are not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and they do not consider your particular circumstances. Figures such as interest rates, loan-to-value ratios, stamp duty and regulatory limits are indicative and may have changed since we last reviewed the page. Insurance
We do not currently offer, solicit or arrange insurance of any kind. Our Contractor's All Risk (CAR) insurance service will start only after the required registration with the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) is in place, and this page will be updated at that time.
