Calculators for builders, businesses and home buyers
Each calculator does the working the way a bank, RBI, MahaRERA or the Sub-Registrar does it, shows every step, and cites the rule it follows. They are free, need no sign-up and run entirely in your browser, and you can copy a link to send a filled-in calculation to your CA or banker.

How we build these. Every calculator follows a published rule — RBI directions and circulars, the MSMED Act, the Maharashtra Stamp Act, MahaRERA's Form 3 and orders, the Income-tax Act, 2025 — or a lender's published scheme terms, and lists its sources. Where the rule leaves room for judgement, the page says so. Results are estimates: lenders, the Sub-Registrar and MahaRERA apply their own rules and their figures prevail. Nothing you type is sent to us.
