This policy explains how Biz Corp Solutions ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through this website (bizcorps.in), through phone and WhatsApp enquiries, and while we work on a client's loan application. We are the business that decides why and how this data is used, which Indian law calls the data fiduciary. You are the data principal.
We have written it to describe what we actually do. If anything here is unclear, ask us using the contact details at the end.
The short version
- The website uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and tools are useful. It reports only the page address and advertising campaign tags (such as utm or Google Ads click IDs) — never the rest of the address — so the figures you type into a calculator are never sent to Google, and it is switched off in calculators embedded on other websites. We run no advertising or social media tracking.
- The calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us.
- The enquiry form sends us your name, mobile number, what you need and an approximate amount, so that we can call or message you back.
- If you become a client, we collect identity, financial and property documents to prepare your loan file and share them with the lenders you choose, and with valuers or legal advisors where the application needs them.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to your enquiry or application.
What we collect and why
| When | What we receive | Why |
|---|---|---|
| You use the enquiry form | Full name, mobile number, type of requirement, funding amount range, and the page you sent it from; optionally your city and a preferred time for our call; and the addresses of up to three guides, calculators or checklists you read in the same browser tab before enquiring. Our server also adds your IP address and browser type to the enquiry so we can spot misuse. | To contact you about your enquiry and understand what you need. |
| You call or WhatsApp us | Your number, name and whatever you choose to tell us or send us. | To answer you and follow up on your enquiry. |
| You become our client | KYC documents (such as PAN and Aadhaar or other identity and address proof), income and financial records (such as bank statements, tax returns and financial statements), business and project documents, and property documents, as each lender requires. | To assess which lenders suit you, prepare your loan file and follow it through to sanction and disbursement. |
| You visit any page | Our web server's standard access log: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. | To keep the site secure, block abuse and fix technical problems. |
The form also contains a hidden field that people never see or fill in. It exists only to catch automated spam.
We ask only for the documents a lender or the application genuinely needs. Some of this information, such as bank statements and financial records, is treated as sensitive personal data under Indian law, and we handle it with that in mind.
How the enquiry form works
When you submit the form, it goes over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our own server, where a small service checks it and emails it to our enquiries mailbox, lms@bizcorps.in, which runs on our own mail server. The service does not write your personal details to its logs. To stop abuse, it limits how many enquiries can be sent from one IP address in a short time; it holds IP addresses in memory only briefly for this purpose.
Phone and WhatsApp
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages also pass through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Meta's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of WhatsApp; we do not control them. If you prefer, you can call us or visit our office instead.
Calculators
The calculators on this site work entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us or stored by us. Some calculators put your inputs into the page address (URL) so you can bookmark or share a result; anyone you share that link with will see those figures, so share it with care.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
To help us understand your enquiry, guide, calculator and checklist pages note the last three such pages you open in your browser's session storage. This stays on your device, is deleted when you close the tab, and is sent to us only if you submit the enquiry form. Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google) to measure visits: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you arrived, and clicks on our phone, WhatsApp and enquiry buttons. It sets first-party cookies (named _ga…) to recognise a returning browser. We send Google only the page path and advertising campaign tags — never the rest of the address, where calculators keep your inputs — and we do not load it inside calculators embedded on other websites. Google processes this data on our behalf, possibly outside India, under its own terms. You can block it with your browser's cookie settings or Google's opt-out add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Apart from Google Analytics, we use no advertising pixels or social media trackers, and fonts and the site's own scripts are served from our own server. Links to our social media profiles, Google Maps or WhatsApp take you to those services, and their own privacy policies apply once you are there.
If we add any other tool that collects data about visitors, we will update this policy before we do so.
Why we are allowed to use your data
We use your personal data because you have given it to us voluntarily for a specific purpose (to be contacted about your enquiry), or because you have consented to it (for example, to let us share your loan file with particular lenders). We also keep and disclose data where a law requires it, for example in response to a lawful request from a government authority or a court.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by telling us by phone, WhatsApp or email; it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Once you withdraw, we will stop using your data for that purpose. Withdrawing does not undo what was lawfully done before, and if your application is already with a lender, we may not be able to continue it for you.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only as needed to arrange the finance you have asked for:
- Banks, NBFCs and other financial institutions that you choose or agree to approach. Each lender uses your data under its own privacy policy and its legal duties, including its own KYC and credit checks.
- Valuers, legal advisors and technical consultants when a lender or the application requires a valuation, title search or legal opinion.
- Government authorities, regulators or courts when the law requires us to.
We do not sell your data, rent it out or share it with anyone for marketing.
Where it is stored and how we protect it
The website, the enquiry service and our mail server run on a server we manage. Client documents are kept only by the people at Biz Corp Solutions who are working on your file. We protect personal data with reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections to the website, restricted access to our systems and mailboxes, and limiting what we collect and log in the first place.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we will tell you without delay, explaining what happened, the likely impact and what we are doing about it, and we will report it to the Data Protection Board of India and other authorities as the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose you gave it for, and for any longer period the law requires (for example, records we must keep for tax or regulatory reasons, or in case of a dispute).
- Enquiries that do not go further are deleted once we have responded and followed up.
- Client files are kept while we are working on your application and afterwards for as long as our legal and record-keeping obligations require.
- Server access logs are kept for a limited period for security and operations, or longer where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us, free of charge, to:
- Confirm and summarise what personal data of yours we hold, what we do with it, and who we have shared it with.
- Correct, complete or update data that is wrong or out of date.
- Erase your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Withdraw consent you have given, as explained above.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to do so.
- Raise a grievance about how we have handled your data.
To use any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that we do not give your data to someone else. We will respond within one month.
You can also ask for this policy in Hindi or Marathi.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, please contact us first; we will look into it and reply within one month. If you are still not satisfied after our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, in the manner the Board specifies.
Children
Our services are meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Your part
Please give us information that is accurate and your own (or that you are authorised to share), and do not send us documents of other people without their permission.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when what we do changes, for example if we add a new tool to the website. The date at the bottom of the page shows when it was last updated. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you.
