Why this page exists
Decisions about loans, property and business funding involve large sums. You should know where our information comes from, how carefully it is checked and how to tell us when something needs fixing. This page explains that for everything we publish: guides, calculators, document checklists and the glossary.
Sources we rely on
- Primary sources first. Reserve Bank of India directions and circulars, Acts and rules (for example the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, the Maharashtra Stamp Act, the MSMED Act and the Income-tax Act), MahaRERA orders and forms, IGR Maharashtra, government resolutions, and lenders' own published product terms.
- Secondary sources only to fill gaps. Where a primary text is not available, we use reputable law-firm notes or established newspapers, and we name them.
- Every specific figure is sourced. Rates, limits, percentages, dates and section numbers are linked to the source we used, listed at the end of each page. If we cannot verify something, we leave it out or say it generally.
- No live interest rates. Lenders change rates often, so we do not quote them unless a dated source is shown.
How we write
- Answer first, in plain language. Each guide opens with a short direct answer, then explains the detail.
- Honest about uncertainty. Where lenders differ or a rule leaves room for judgement, we say so. The lender, regulator or government office always has the final word.
- General information, not advice. Our content does not consider your specific circumstances. Please read our disclaimer.
How our content is produced
Our content is researched and drafted with the help of research and writing software, including AI tools, and checked against the sources cited on each page before it is published. We do not publish figures, rules or section numbers that we have not matched to a source.
Calculators and checklists
- Calculators follow published rules. Each one shows its method and sources, and states its assumptions. They are tested against hand-worked examples before release. Results are estimates for planning — not a quote, an offer or a sanction.
- Your inputs stay with you. Calculators run in your browser; we do not receive what you type.
- Checklists list what lenders typically ask for, based on lenders' published document lists. Requirements differ by lender, loan size and your profile.
Marathi and Hindi versions
Our Marathi and Hindi pages are translated from the English versions. Before publishing, every translated page is checked automatically so that each figure, section number and link matches the English. If a translation and the English version differ, the English version prevails.
Reviews and updates
- Every page shows its dates. Guides show when they were published and last reviewed; calculators and checklists show their review date.
- We update when rules change. When the RBI, MahaRERA, the state government or the tax law changes something we cover, we update the affected pages and their review dates.
- Regular reviews. We aim to review every guide, calculator and checklist at least once a year.
Independence
Biz Corp Solutions arranges finance. Depending on the engagement, we may be paid by our client and/or receive a commission from the lender — see our disclaimer. Our guides and calculators explain how lending works in general; they do not rank or promote particular lenders, and we do not publish sponsored articles or paid links.
Corrections
If you spot an error or an outdated figure, please tell us — call or WhatsApp 98233 33124 or email lms@bizcorps.in. We will check it against the source, correct the page if needed and update its review date.
